Every major agency operates from Miami International Airport or from off-site lots, which means a shuttle or rideshare before you can collect a vehicle. The nearest counters are at Miami International Airport, roughly 8 miles west, plus scattered downtown Miami and Brickell branches. All of them require a shuttle, taxi or rideshare from the terminal. We deliver to the terminal itself — so the closest car rental to Port of Miami is wherever your ship docks.

Car rates start at $85/day for the Chevrolet Equinox EV, $89 for the Tesla Model 3, $90 for the Nissan Rogue SV, $95 for the Tesla Model Y and $115 for the 8-passenger Nissan Pathfinder SV. A $10/day booking fee and 7.5% Florida sales tax are added at checkout, and multi-day discounts apply automatically (5% at 3+ days, 10% at 7+, 20% at 30+). The Chevrolet Equinox EV RS at $85/day is the lowest car rate. Over 7 days the 10% multi-day discount brings the car rate to $535.50, about $645.66 all-in once the booking fee and sales tax are added, assuming you use your own comprehensive and collision coverage. Terminal delivery is free at 7 days. The Tesla Model 3 is next at $89/day.

Every rental must carry comprehensive and collision coverage under our rental policy, and we can't release a vehicle without it. Florida law separately requires liability and personal injury protection coverage. If your own auto policy carries comprehensive and collision and extends to rental vehicles, it acts as primary coverage and you pay nothing extra — we verify it through Canopy Connect before delivery, and the named insured must match the renter. Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Miles beyond that are billed at the per-mile overage rate shown at booking. Unlimited mileage is $59 flat but must be added at booking and cannot be added later. Yes, and we collect it too. If you are driving into Miami before a cruise, keep the car until sailing day, then hand it back to us at the terminal on your way to check-in. There is no need to park at the port for the length of your voyage or return a vehicle to an airport branch first.

All of them — Terminal A for Royal Caribbean, Terminals B, C, D, E and F, Terminal G, and Terminals J and K for Carnival, MSC, Norwegian, Virgin Voyages and Disney sailings. Tolled: Florida's Turnpike and the Homestead Extension, the Dolphin Expressway (SR-836) toward Miami International Airport, the Airport Expressway (SR-112), the I-95 and Palmetto express lanes, the Rickenbacker Causeway to Key Biscayne and the Venetian Causeway.
Not tolled: the MacArthur Causeway and the Julia Tuttle Causeway, which are the two routes to Miami Beach, plus US-1, Biscayne Boulevard and the regular lanes of I-95. Driving the Keys, US-1 south of Florida City is toll-free for its entire length including all forty-two bridges.

The minimum age is 21. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge — call (786) 981-1177 for the exact amount before booking. You will need a valid, unexpired driver's license held throughout the rental, and identity is verified before delivery using your license, date of birth and a live photo. For direct bookings: cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund including the delivery fee. 24–48 hours before, you get a refund minus one average day plus 50% of the delivery fee. Under 24 hours, no refund. There is a 15-minute grace period after booking for a full refund, and bookings made within 24 hours of start can be cancelled free within 4 hours. No. We collect from wherever you finish, anywhere within 50 miles of Miami Gardens. Many cruise passengers disembark at PortMiami, drive to a hotel, the Florida Keys or Fort Lauderdale, and have us pick up from there. One-way return inside the delivery zone costs nothing extra.

Yes. MIA is about 8 miles west of PortMiami and we collect from any of its three covered garages — Ibis, which opened in December 2025 and serves Concourses H–J; Dolphin, which serves Concourses D–E; and Flamingo, which serves Concourses E–J. Ibis is the only MIA garage with public EV charging, with 50 ChargePoint ports on levels 1 to 5 — useful if you want to top up after driving the Keys before you fly home. Yes. We deliver to the cruise terminal and collect at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, or anywhere else inside the 50-mile radius. This is a common route for passengers who dock at PortMiami and fly home from FLL. There is no one-way surcharge inside the delivery zone.
