Yes. Every rental must carry comprehensive and collision coverage — we can't release a vehicle without it. You have two options. Use your own policy at $0: if your personal auto insurance carries comprehensive and collision and extends to rental vehicles, it acts as primary coverage. We verify it through Canopy Connect before delivery; your declarations page must show both coverages with active dates (the insurance card alone isn't enough), and the named insured must match the renter. Yes. We offer Full Self-Driving (Supervised) as a $20/day add-on on any Tesla rental. It enables Auto Lane Change, Navigate on Autopilot, Autopark, Smart Summon, and Traffic Light & Stop Sign Control, with a full hands-on tutorial at handoff. Both are meeting points only — not storefronts or offices. Choosing self-pickup removes the $120 delivery charge entirely on rentals shorter than 7 days. On rentals of 7 or more days, delivery within 50 miles of Miami Gardens is already free, so most long-stay renters take delivery instead.

The minimum age is 21. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge — call (786) 981-1177 for the exact amount before booking. Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Miles beyond that are billed at the per-mile overage rate shown at booking. You can add unlimited mileage for a flat $59 per rental — but it has to be selected at booking and can't be added once the rental starts. Six add-ons are available: FSD (Supervised) at $20/day (Tesla only), unlimited mileage at $59 flat, prepaid EV recharge at $40 per trip so you can pay the return charge up front and skip the last Supercharger stop, a child safety seat at $10/day, a Coleman 62QT rolling cooler at $50 per trip, and an additional approved driver at $25. It's a $40 per trip add-on that lets you pay for the return charge in advance instead of stopping at a Supercharger before drop-off. Normally you return the vehicle at or above the battery level it was delivered at (minimum 80%), or a $35 fee applies below 80% and $60 below 20%. With prepaid recharge, those return-charge fees don't apply — we handle the recharge after pickup. You still need to leave at least 30 miles of range. Yes — a Safety 1st Grow & Go all-in-one convertible seat for $10/day, suitable for infants through toddlers. Request it at booking so we can install it before delivery. Florida Statute §316.613 requires an approved child restraint for every child age 5 and under, so if you're traveling with young kids this isn't optional under state law. The seat comes with the vehicle anywhere we deliver.

For direct bookings: cancel 48+ hours before your start time for a full refund including the delivery fee. Cancel 24–48 hours before and you get a refund minus one average day's cost plus 50% of the delivery fee. Less than 24 hours before start, there's no refund. There's also a 15-minute grace period right after booking for a 100% refund, and if you booked within 24 hours of your start time you can cancel free within 4 hours of booking. Not without our prior written approval. The vehicle must stay within Florida, and driving out of state without approval voids all coverage and leaves you fully liable for any damage or loss. Operation in Mexico is prohibited under all circumstances. In-state road trips are unrestricted — Key West, Orlando, Tampa, and Naples are all popular routes from Miami.
