Airbnb hosts · vacation rental property managers · hotels · concierges
Your guest books your place before they book a car. That makes you the first person who can solve it — and with an Airbnb host car rental partnership, solving it costs you nothing but a message. We deliver a fully charged Tesla, electric SUV or 7-seat SUV to your property, to MIA or to FLL, and collect it from the same area.
Amped Auto Rentals is a delivery-only car rental company in Miami Gardens, Florida offering a car rental partnership for Airbnb hosts, vacation rental property managers, hotels and residential buildings across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach.
When your guest needs a car, you recommend us. We take the booking, the payment, the licence and coverage checks and the paperwork directly with the guest, then deliver the vehicle to your property, to their airport terminal garage, or to one of our meeting points. The rental agreement is between us and the guest. You never hold a key, take a deposit, sign a contract or put a vehicle anywhere near your own insurance.
Vehicles run $85 to $115 per day. Delivery and collection operate 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM, seven days a week, anywhere within 50 miles of Miami Gardens, Florida — Brickell, Downtown, South Beach, Mid-Beach, Sunny Isles, Wynwood, the Design District, Little Havana, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Aventura, Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas included. This is electric car rental in Miami without a counter, a lot or a shuttle.
The facts a host, property manager or concierge usually wants before they recommend anyone. More background is on our about us page.

When you put your name on a recommendation, the guest's experience becomes your problem too. Here is what stands behind ours.
Accredited by the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating.
Both designations at once, and Power Host requires maintaining All-Star, so it has to be earned continuously. 5.0 across 218 Turo reviews and 230+ completed trips.
5.0 from 20 Google reviews on a verified Business Profile. Google and Turo ratings are counted separately and never merged into one figure.
Six years of handing cars to people at kerbsides, hotel entrances and airport garages across three counties.
Every vehicle is carried on a commercial fleet policy held by us, and every renter must additionally hold comprehensive and collision coverage before a car is released.
Identity and licence checked through a third-party verification service, and insurance confirmed against the renter's declarations page. No verification, no vehicle.
A vehicle condition report with time-stamped photographs is completed at delivery and again at collection, and a copy goes to the renter. Damage disputes start from evidence, not memory.
County Code §8A-1.1 requires rental companies to offer a crash-tested child restraint, disclose toll processing and supply visitor safety information. We do all three: a $10/day child seat, SunPass fitted free with tolls billed at cost and no admin fee, and county safety tips sent in your guest's language.
Three steps, and only the first one is yours.
Put the link in your booking confirmation message, the one that fires the moment they reserve. That is when they are still working out how to get around; by check-in most guests have arranged something already. Or text us their name and dates. Either way, tell us it came from you so we know where the booking came from.
We confirm the vehicle, take payment, verify the guest's licence and coverage and complete the paperwork with them directly, before they travel. Nothing routes back through you or your front desk.
A driver brings the car to your property, the airport garage or a meeting point at the agreed time and walks the guest through it, including how to charge a rental EV in South Florida. Pickup and drop-off can be at two different addresses as long as both sit inside the 50-mile service area.
Because the in-app option is still a rental counter with a better booking screen.
Airbnb added car rentals through a travel partner in select cities. Your guest can add one to their trip, but they collect it and return it at a fixed place and time — usually the airport rental centre on arrival day, with their luggage in hand, after a shuttle ride and a queue. That is the part guests complain about, and it is the whole reason we built the business without a counter.
With us, the paperwork is finished before they land and the car is wherever they need it to be.
Brought to the door, charged and ready, timed to check-in. Same arrangement we already run for hotel delivery across South Florida.
We park it at MIA or FLL before they land and text the exact space. They walk off the plane, get in and drive away.
Miami Gardens or Hollywood, at no delivery cost, at any rental length.
Guests can also collect in one place and leave the car in another — airport to your property, or the reverse — anywhere inside the service area. Full detail on how our rental car delivery in Miami works.

| Booked inside the app | Amped Auto Rentals | |
|---|---|---|
| Collecting the car | At the supplier's counter, at the exact date and time booked | Delivered to your property, or parked at the MIA or FLL garage before the guest lands |
| If the flight is delayed | The guest still has to meet the booked pickup time, and an out-of-hours fee can apply outside the rental office's opening hours | Airport cars wait in the garage; property handovers move at no charge. Delivery runs 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily |
| Dropping at a different location | A one-way fee may apply, and may be payable at the desk rather than included in the prepayment | No charge, anywhere inside the 50-mile service area |
| Checking the car's condition | The guest inspects it alone and marks existing damage on a sign-out sheet, then raises anything missed with an attendant | A driver hands it over in person and walks the car with the guest before they drive away |
| Fuel and charging | One of four policies depending on which supplier is assigned, including prepaid fuel charged above the normal rate with no refund on what is unused | One policy, every time: EVs delivered at 100% and returned at 80% or above, gas vehicles returned at the level delivered |
| Returning the car early | No refund on unused days; vehicles are reserved for the full rental period | Unused full days refunded at the daily rate less a $25 admin fee, with 24 hours' written notice |
| If the guest cancels the stay | The car rental is not cancelled automatically and has to be cancelled separately | One call or text to us and it is cancelled |
| Who they call with a problem | Log into the booking manager and find the help centre, or dig the supplier's number out of the paperwork handed over at the desk | (786) 981-1177, answered locally, 24/7, from booking to collection |
| Extending the rental | Contact whichever supplier was assigned, using a number on the desk paperwork | Text the same number. Multi-day discounts recalculate automatically |
| Where it works | Select locations only | Every address within 50 miles of Miami Gardens |
You earn nothing on the in-app booking either way, so there is no reason not to put the easier option in front of your guest.

Multi-day discounts apply automatically: 5% at three days, 10% at seven days, 20% at thirty days. Not your own car, no.
Experienced hosts consistently advise against it, and the reason is almost always insurance. A personal auto policy generally will not cover a vehicle used in a commercial arrangement, so a claim can be denied after the fact and leave the host personally exposed. Then come maintenance, cleaning, fuel or charging, damage disputes and roadside calls at midnight, for a margin that rarely justifies any of it.
A rental car for Airbnb guests supplied by a licensed, insured company gets you the guest-experience benefit without the exposure. That is the arrangement we offer.
Airbnb stay hosts cannot list their own services on the platform or bundle a car into the price of a stay. What hosts can do, and routinely do, is recommend a local business in a message or a guidebook. We are asking to be that recommendation, not to be added to your listing.
Not applicable here, because you are not arranging the vehicle. The rental agreement is signed between Amped Auto Rentals and your guest, payment is taken by us, and the car is carried on our commercial fleet policy. Your homeowner, landlord or short-term rental policy is not part of the transaction at any point. We have written more on renting without a personal auto policy.
Some hosts do, and it works for them. It also means buying a vehicle, insuring it, cleaning it between trips, keeping it charged or fueled, handling damage claims and answering the phone at 11pm. Several hosts who have tried it describe the platform admin as the part they underestimated.
If you already own a vehicle and want that revenue, it is a legitimate route and worth asking us about. If you want your guests looked after without adding a second business, an airbnb host referral program car rental arrangement is the simpler path.
At booking, not at check-in.
The most common reason a referral misses is timing. By the time a guest reads a welcome book they have usually already arranged transport. The moment that works is the automated booking confirmation, sent the second they reserve, while they are still deciding how to get around.
Among Airbnb host amenities, transportation is one of the few that guests actively message about before arrival, and one of the very few a host cannot solve from inside the property. Listing it as something you have handled — a car service for Airbnb guests, delivered, with a name and a number attached — separates your listing from the ones that leave it to the guest.
It depends on the neighbourhood, and you know yours better than we do. A guest in South Beach, Brickell or Downtown can manage a few days on foot and rideshare. A guest in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Doral, Sunny Isles, Kendall, Aventura or Wynwood will be booking cars constantly, and the bill overtakes a daily rental inside two or three days. Anyone planning the Everglades, the Keys, Palm Beach or a Hollywood or Fort Lauderdale day trip needs one either way.
Yes, and a vacation rental car rental partnership at portfolio level is usually simpler than working host by host. One agreement covers every unit under management, with a single link dropped into the standard confirmation template rather than being configured property by property.
This is the one that comes back to you, so it is worth knowing.
Airbnb's help documentation states that cancelling a stay does not automatically cancel a car rental booked through the app — the guest has to cancel that separately. A guest who misses that gets charged for a car they are not coming to collect, and the first person they message about it is usually the host.
With us the guest cancels by calling or texting one number, and if they contact you by mistake you simply forward it to us.
It is handled between us and the renter. Every rental requires comprehensive and collision coverage, either the renter's own policy or a protection plan added at checkout, plus a $250 refundable hold. You are not a party to the agreement and are not contacted about damage, tolls or fines.
We deliver to any address within 50 miles of Miami Gardens. That covers all of Miami-Dade, all of Broward, and the in-radius parts of Palm Beach County. Beyond that radius we cannot deliver, and vehicles must stay within Florida for the whole rental.
No. Give the guest the number or the card. That is the whole job.
Your staff never hold keys, never take a deposit, never sign a contract and never inspect a vehicle. We deal with the guest directly from the first call to the final collection.
Yes. Valet, porte-cochère, self-park garage or the street entrance, whichever your property prefers. Tell us the arrangement once and we follow it every time, and we collect from the same place at the end of the rental.
Same day when a vehicle is free, inside the 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM window, seven days a week. The fleet is seven vehicles, so availability is real but finite — in peak weeks a call the day before makes the difference.
For airport deliveries the car is already parked in the garage before they land, so a delay changes nothing. For property deliveries we move the handover to the new arrival time at no charge.
Some properties allow it and some do not. A car rental referral program for hotels only works if it fits your rules, so we can direct payment to the business, to a staff fund, or to the individual. Tell us your policy and we will put the arrangement in writing.
Yes. All vehicles are carried on a commercial fleet policy held by Amped Auto Rentals. Renters additionally supply comprehensive and collision coverage, through their own policy at no cost or a protection plan at checkout. Your property is not named in, or exposed by, the rental agreement.
Yes. We handle car rental at PortMiami and deliver to Port Everglades, which suits guests taking a pre-cruise or post-cruise night at your property.
A guest problem solved in thirty seconds instead of a shrug and a phone number, and an arrangement we agree with you directly. Some partners want a share of each booking, some prefer the benefit passed to the guest as a discount, and some just want a number they trust and first call on a vehicle in a busy week.
The things travellers ask before they book a car. Answer them at the desk or in a message instead of passing the guest along.
A valid, unexpired driver's licence, a credit card in the renter's own name for the $250 refundable hold, and comprehensive and collision coverage — either their own policy at no cost or a protection plan added at checkout. The credit card authorisation form is completed with us before the vehicle is released, so there is nothing to sign at handover.
No, as long as both addresses are inside the service area.
A guest can collect at the MIA or FLL garage and leave the car at their accommodation, or the reverse, at no extra charge anywhere within 50 miles of Miami Gardens. Vehicles must stay in Florida, and one-way rentals out of the service area are not offered.
Raise it with the driver, on the spot.
A driver hands the vehicle over in person and walks the car with the guest, so condition is agreed between two people standing at the vehicle. Your guest is never handed a sign-out sheet and left to spot pre-existing damage alone in a parking structure, and there is no attendant to track down afterwards.
Call or text (786) 981-1177. It is answered locally, 24 hours a day, for the whole rental. There is no desk to return to and no separate partner help page to find.
No, and it is the question we get asked most.
Every EV is handed over in person with a walkthrough: starting it, one-pedal driving, regenerative braking, the touchscreen, and how to plug it in and unplug it. Guests are driving comfortably within a few minutes. Anyone who would still rather not can take the Nissan Rogue or the seven-seat Pathfinder, both gasoline.
Across Miami-Dade and Broward there are Superchargers, ChargePoint stations and public Level 2 chargers at malls, garages, hotels and supermarkets. Our rental charging guide maps them with the apps and connectors needed for each, and the driver covers the nearest options to your property at handover.
On a fast charger, long enough for a coffee rather than a meal — most guests plug in once or twice in a week's stay. On a Level 2 charger it fills overnight, which is what happens if your property or their hotel has one. Every vehicle arrives at 100%, so a typical few days of driving around Miami-Dade and Broward may not need a charge at all.
80% or above.
Vehicles are delivered at 100% and must come back at 80% or higher. Below 80% is a $35 fee; below 20% is $60. Guests who would rather not manage it can add prepaid recharging for $40 at booking. Supercharger sessions during the rental are billed to us and invoiced at cost with no markup, and every car carries its charging cable and adapters.
Yes, and the prices are fixed, published and paid at booking rather than at a desk.
Everything is chosen at checkout and charged with the booking, so nothing gets added at handover and your guest is not upsold at a counter. Florida sales tax applies to extras.
Return it at the fuel level it arrived with.
The same-to-same policy every rental company uses. The level is recorded on the vehicle condition report at delivery and again at collection, so there is no guesswork and nothing to prepay.
300 miles a day.
That covers ordinary South Florida driving comfortably. A guest planning the Keys, the Everglades or repeated Miami-to-Palm-Beach runs should add unlimited mileage for $59 flat, which has to be selected at booking and cannot be added later. Vehicles stay in Florida either way.
Tell us at least 24 hours before the original return date and get written confirmation, and the unused full days are refunded at the daily rate, less a $25 administrative fee. Without that notice the days are not refunded, so a quick message the day before is worth making.
Up to an hour past the agreed time is fine with a call. Beyond that, a $30 late fee applies, and more than three hours late is billed as a full additional day. Extensions arranged before the return time avoid both.
Call or text us, subject to the vehicle being free. Multi-day discounts recalculate automatically as the rental crosses three, seven and thirty days, so extending often lowers the daily rate rather than raising it.
Worth a glance so you know who is a good fit before you send them over.
Full detail is in our terms and conditions.
Every property wants something different out of this. Some partners want a share of each booking. Some would rather their guests got a discount, so the saving comes from them. Some just want a number they can trust and first call on a vehicle in a busy week.
Tell us which of those sounds like you and we will build the arrangement around it, in writing. One conversation, nothing to sign up front.
Not a good time to call? Email [email protected] with your property name and a number, and we will come back to you.
