About & Trust

Yes, and every part of it is independently checkable. Amped Auto Rentals is the trading name of Clear, Bright & Smart Diversified Holdings LLC, an active Florida limited liability company filed with the Department of State on September 17, 2020 under document number L20000292646. It trades under the fictitious name AMPEDAUTORENTALS.COM, registered July 28, 2025 under number G25000093108. It is a BBB Accredited Business rated A+, accredited since December 24, 2025. The same fleet is hosted on Turo, where trips and reviews are logged by the platform rather than self-reported. Both state registrations can be looked up on the Florida Division of Corporations website.
No. There is no rental counter, no lot and no storefront to visit. Delivery is the only way the company operates — the vehicle is brought to the address and time you choose, and collected from wherever you are when the rental ends. See how delivery compares to a rental counter.
Amped Auto Rentals is based in Miami Gardens, Florida and has operated since September 2020 — five years. It serves Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties within a 50-mile delivery radius. It is locally owned and operated, not a franchise or a national chain.

Pricing & Fees

Electric car rental in Miami starts at $85 per day for the Chevrolet Equinox EV, $89 for the Tesla Model 3, $90 for the Nissan Rogue SV, $95 for the Tesla Model Y, and $115 for the 7-8 passenger Nissan Pathfinder SV. A $10/day booking fee and 7.5% Florida sales tax are added at checkout, and protection is required. Rates verified August 2026.
The Tesla Model 3 is $89/day ($560.70/week, $2,136/month) and the Tesla Model Y is $95/day ($598.50/week, $2,280/month). Autopilot is included free; Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is an optional $20/day add-on. A $250 refundable deposit applies. See the full 2026 Tesla rental pricing guide.
Two things are added to every rental rate: a $10 per day booking fee and 7.5% Florida sales tax. Protection is also required — $0 if you use your own comprehensive and collision coverage, otherwise $50.13/day. Delivery is free on rentals of 7 days or more within 50 miles, or a flat $120 on shorter rentals. A 7-day Chevrolet Equinox EV works out to about $645.66 all-in for a renter using their own insurance.
Yes, and they apply automatically at booking: 5% off at 3+ days, 10% off at 7+ days, and 20% off at 30+ days. That puts weekly rates from $535.50 and monthly rates from $2,040. See long term car rental Miami for full monthly terms.
Delivery is free on rentals of 7 days or more within 50 miles of Miami Gardens, and a flat $120 on shorter rentals. That fee covers both drop-off and collection. It applies the same way to hotels, homes, Airbnbs, MIA, FLL and PortMiami. See car rental delivery Miami.
Yes — a $250 refundable security deposit is placed as a pre-authorization hold on your card at booking. It is a hold, not a charge, and it is released within 3 to 7 business days after the vehicle is returned in the same condition.
One day. Weekly rentals carry a 10% per-day discount and monthly rentals 20%, which brings the Chevrolet Equinox EV down to about $76.50/day on a weekly booking.
Daily rates are comparable, but running costs are not. Charging an EV in Florida costs substantially less than filling a tank over the same mileage, and the gap widens on longer rentals. Charging cost data comes from the U.S. Department of Energy. See the South Florida EV charging guide for local rates.

Booking & Changes

Book online at book.ampedautorentals.com or call or text (786) 981-1177. Choose your vehicle, give your delivery address and time, and the fully charged car is brought to you. See the step-by-step booking guide.
Often yes. Same-day delivery is available across Miami-Dade and Broward when a vehicle is free, and renters have been on the road within a few hours of booking. Availability moves quickly, so for anything same-day call or text (786) 981-1177 rather than relying on the online calendar alone.
For direct bookings: 48+ hours before start, 100% refund including the delivery fee. 24–48 hours before, refund minus one average day and 50% of the delivery fee. Under 24 hours, no refund. There is a 15-minute grace period after booking for a full refund, and bookings made within 24 hours of start can be cancelled free within 4 hours. Trips booked through Turo follow Turo's policy instead. Full terms: car rental terms and conditions.
Unused full days are refunded if the early return is approved at least 24 hours ahead, minus a $25 admin fee. Partial days are not refunded.
Tell us as soon as you know and we reschedule the airport handover to your new arrival time at no charge. Documented flight cancellations are reviewed case by case for refund purposes — send documentation within 48 hours. Call or text (786) 981-1177; the number is monitored throughout your rental.

Fleet & Vehicles

Five vehicles: Chevrolet Equinox EV RS ($85/day, 319-mile range), Tesla Model 3 ($89/day, Long Range AWD), Nissan Rogue SV ($90/day, 5 passengers), Tesla Model Y ($95/day, 330-mile range) and Nissan Pathfinder SV ($115/day, 7-8 passengers). All are delivered fully charged or fuelled.
No — and it is worth knowing which is which. The Chevrolet Equinox EV, Tesla Model 3 and Tesla Model Y are fully electric. The Nissan Rogue SV and Nissan Pathfinder SV are petrol vehicles, delivered with a full tank. If you would rather not deal with charging on a short trip, the Nissans are the straightforward choice.
Yes. The Nissan Pathfinder SV seats 7 to 8 across three rows at $115/day. It is the only three-row vehicle in the fleet, so it books out first on family and event weekends. See the full SUV rental Miami lineup.
No. Tesla Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is an optional $20/day add-on on Model 3 and Model Y bookings, covering Auto Lane Change, Autopark and Smart Summon. It is not autonomous driving — the driver stays alert and in control at all times. Standard Autopilot, meaning Traffic-Aware Cruise Control and Autosteer, is included free on every Tesla.
No. Every delivery includes a free orientation of roughly 10 minutes covering charging, range, regenerative braking, Autopilot on Teslas and the nearest charging stations. Support is available by phone and text throughout the rental.
Yes. A Safety 1st Grow & Go convertible seat is $10 per day, added at booking. A Coleman 62QT rolling cooler is also available at $50 per trip.

Charging & Range

Tesla rentals access the full Supercharger network across South Florida, plus Level 2 chargers at hotels, malls and garages. Supercharger sessions are billed to us and invoiced to you after the rental ends; other charging you pay directly. Adapters and cables are supplied. See the South Florida EV charging guide.
Yes. The Chevrolet Equinox EV is supplied with a Tesla adapter, so it charges at Tesla stations as well as CCS and J1772 chargers. One practical note from renters: the Equinox charge port sits on a different side to a Tesla's, so you may need to position the car for the cable to reach.
Return the battery at or above the level it was delivered at, and never below 80%. Below 80% is a $35 fee; below 20% is $60. Petrol vehicles come back with a full tank.
Yes. Prepaid EV recharge is $40 per trip, added at booking. You pay the return charge up front and skip the charging stop before drop-off — just leave at least 30 miles of range in the car.
Every EV is delivered at 100% charge with a charging walkthrough, and the in-car navigation routes to available chargers automatically. If you are ever unsure where to charge, call or text (786) 981-1177 and we will find the nearest working station for you.

Delivery, Airports & Cruise Ports

Delivery is the only way Amped Auto Rentals operates — there is no counter, no lot and no storefront. You book, give a delivery address and time, and the vehicle arrives fully charged with a short orientation. At the end of the rental we collect it from wherever you are. See car rental delivery Miami.
Within 50 miles of Miami Gardens, covering all of Miami-Dade, most of Broward including Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, and parts of Palm Beach County including Boca Raton and Delray Beach. Free on rentals of 7 days or more; $120 flat below that.
Yes. Amped Auto Rentals delivers to Miami International Airport (MIA) and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), with the vehicle staged and fully charged before you land. There is no rental centre, no shuttle and no counter queue. Give your flight details at booking and we will confirm the exact meeting point and how to reach it when your handover is scheduled.
Yes. Amped Auto Rentals delivers to and collects from the PortMiami cruise terminals, which suits both pre-cruise arrivals and passengers disembarking who need a car for the rest of the trip. Delivery is free on rentals of 7 days or more, or $120 flat.
Yes — that is the core of the model. Established delivery points include hotels across Miami Beach, downtown Miami, Miami Gardens, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, but any address within 50 miles works — homes, offices, Airbnbs and condos included.
Yes. Hard Rock Stadium transportation covers game day rides and rentals delivered to your tailgate, hotel or home for Dolphins and Hurricanes home games, concerts and stadium events. Delivery to Miami Gardens addresses near the stadium is same-day where available. For 2026 matches see World Cup 2026 stadium transportation.
Yes. Self-pickup is available at the Wawa in Miami Gardens and the Wawa in Hollywood, selected at booking. It avoids the delivery fee on rentals shorter than 7 days. Most renters still choose delivery — see rental car delivery without the counter.

Requirements & Eligibility

The minimum age is 21. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge — call (786) 981-1177 for the exact amount before booking.
A valid, unexpired driver's license held throughout the rental period; identity verified before delivery using your license, date of birth and a live photo; a payment card you are legally authorised to use; and qualifying insurance coverage. If the card belongs to someone else, both of you are jointly liable for charges.
Yes. Out-of-state and international licenses are accepted at our discretion, with a valid passport and either a foreign driver's license or an International Driving Permit. Confirm before booking by calling (786) 981-1177 so there are no surprises at delivery.
No. Amped Auto Rentals applies the same $250 refundable deposit, the same 300 miles per day and the same rates to every renter — whether you live in Miami-Dade or you are flying in. Some Florida rental companies apply separate "local renter" terms with reduced mileage allowances and higher deposits; we do not distinguish. No round-trip flight itinerary, no proof of return travel, no restriction on which vehicle you can book.
Only if they are approved in writing beforehand. Additional drivers are $25 and must be added before the rental starts. An unapproved driver behind the wheel voids coverage.

Insurance & Protection

Yes. Florida law and our own policy require every rental to carry comprehensive and collision coverage, and we cannot release a vehicle without it. You choose where that coverage comes from — your own policy, or a protection plan purchased at checkout.
Yes, and most renters do. If your personal policy carries comprehensive and collision and extends to rental vehicles, it acts as primary coverage and you pay nothing extra. We verify it through Canopy Connect before delivery — no uploads or email chains. Your declarations page must show both coverages with active dates (an insurance card alone is not enough) and the named insured must match the renter. On a 30-day rental this saves roughly $1,504.
Bonzah Standard Protection is $50.13 per day, added automatically at booking with nothing to verify or upload. Coverage terms, limits and exclusions are set by Bonzah. Because it bills daily it adds up on longer trips — about $1,504 over 30 days. Renting monthly without your own policy? Call (786) 981-1177 about booking through our Turo listings, where longer-term protection is priced more favourably.
Yes. Insurance replacement car rental in Miami is a regular part of what we do. A typical 3–6 week body-shop repair clears the 30-day pricing tier, which brings the rate down to around $2,040 for the month with delivery and collection included. That page also explains whether your insurer is likely to pay for the rental.

Driving, Mileage & Return

Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Unlimited mileage is a flat $59 per rental but must be added at booking — it cannot be added once the rental starts. From Miami, Key West and back is roughly 330 miles total and Fort Lauderdale about 30 miles each way, so the standard allowance covers almost every South Florida trip.
Every vehicle arrives with SunPass already fitted, so you never stop at a booth — South Florida expressways are all electronic. Tolls are passed through at cost with no daily programme fee, though an administrative fee applies per toll or citation processed. Expect tolls on SR 836, SR 112, Florida's Turnpike, the express lanes and the Rickenbacker Causeway.
The vehicle must stay within Florida. Driving out of state without prior written approval voids all coverage. Operation in Mexico is prohibited under all circumstances. If your trip crosses a state line, ask before you book: (786) 981-1177.
Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, parking tickets, tolls and fines incurred during the rental. These are charged to the card on file at cost plus a $50 administrative fee per item.
No. Every vehicle is 100% non-smoking and non-vaping, including cannabis and e-cigarettes. A flat $400 fee applies to any evidence of smoking, with no exceptions. Extraordinary cleaning for pets, stains or excessive dirt is charged up to $300.
1 to 3 hours late is a flat $30. More than 3 hours late is charged as a full additional day. If you are running behind, call (786) 981-1177 — a heads-up is usually all it takes. A no-show at delivery is $50 per 30 minutes after a 30-minute grace period.

Long-Term, Corporate & Events

Yes. Long term car rental in Miami applies a 20% discount: $2,040 Equinox EV, $2,136 Model 3, $2,160 Rogue SV, $2,280 Model Y, $2,760 Pathfinder SV per month. Delivery and collection are included, since every monthly rental clears the 7-day threshold. Common uses are relocations, extended work assignments, insurance replacement and snowbird stays.
Yes — corporate clients, film and production crews, real estate teams and event professionals across South Florida. Volume arrangements and flexible billing are available. Call (786) 981-1177 to set up an account.
Yes. Hard Rock Stadium transportation covers Dolphins and Hurricanes games, concerts and stadium events. We also handle Art Basel Miami car rental and World Cup 2026 stadium transportation.
