AMPEDAUTORENTALS.COM is also registered as a Florida fictitious name, number G25000093108, registered July 28, 2025. It is a BBB Accredited Business rated A+, and Amped Auto Rentals also lists vehicles on Turo, where it is a Turo Power Host and All-Star Host. Amped is also a Miami-Dade Chamber of Commerce member. Both state registrations can be looked up on the Florida Division of Corporations website. Amped does not operate a traditional walk-in rental counter; rentals are handled by reservation through scheduled delivery or designated meeting-point pickup.

Both designated meeting points, in Miami Gardens and Hollywood, offer food, drinks, fuel and Tesla Superchargers on site.
No. The Wawa at 2700 Northwest 183rd Street in Miami Gardens is a designated pickup and return meeting point only. It is not an Amped office, branch, storefront, rental counter, lot or facility. Wawa is a separate company, and Wawa staff do not manage Amped reservations, hold keys or assist with rentals.
Yes. Amped offers a designated Hollywood self-pickup and return meeting point, at the Wawa at 106 S State Road 7, for customers who are closer to Broward County. The Hollywood meeting point is used by reservation only and is not an Amped office, branch, storefront, rental counter or facility. Customers receive the exact pickup and vehicle-access instructions after booking requirements are completed.

Pricing & Fees
The current rental lineup starts at $85 per day for the Chevrolet Equinox EV RS, $89 for the Tesla Model 3, $90 for the Nissan Rogue SV, $95 for the Tesla Model Y and $115 for the 8-passenger Nissan Pathfinder SV. Rates are shown before the $10/day booking fee and applicable taxes, and qualifying coverage is required.
The Tesla Model 3 is $89/day and the Tesla Model Y is $95/day, before the $10/day booking fee and applicable taxes. Autopilot is included; Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is an optional $20/day add-on. See Tesla rental options in Miami for weekly and monthly pricing.
A $10 per day booking fee applies, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Qualifying coverage is required: your own qualifying personal auto insurance, or Bonzah Standard Protection at $50.13 per day where available for eligible direct bookings. Delivery and collection are included on qualifying rentals of 7 days or more at qualifying locations within the standard service area. Rentals under 7 days have a $120 flat delivery-and-collection fee. A $250 security deposit is collected at booking; Tesla, monthly and long-distance rentals may require a higher refundable deposit.
Yes, and they apply automatically at booking: 5% off at 3+ days, 10% off at 7+ days and 20% off at 30+ days. That puts weekly rates from $535.50 and 30-day rates from $2,040. See monthly car rental options for the full 30-day rates.
Delivery and collection are included on rentals of 7 days or more at applicable locations within the standard service area. Rentals under 7 days have a $120 flat delivery-and-collection fee. The fee covers both the drop-off and the collection. See how Miami car rental delivery works.
A $250 security deposit is collected at booking for normal local rentals. Tesla and EV rentals, monthly rentals, out-of-state travel and trips more than 300 miles from the pickup location may require a higher refundable deposit, collected before the vehicle is released. Any authorized charges under the rental agreement may be deducted from it, and the unused balance is refunded. Authorized charges can include items such as tolls, charging sessions, late fees and cleaning, as set out in the Terms & Conditions. The deposit is not a cap on what you owe.
One day. Multi-day discounts begin at 3 days, and delivery and collection are included from 7 days at applicable locations.
Booking & Cancellations
Book online at book.ampedautorentals.com or call or text (786) 981-1177. Choose the vehicle, give the delivery address and time or select a designated self-pickup meeting point, and complete identity verification and coverage verification before the handoff.
Yes. A completed Credit Card Authorization Form is required on every rental, whether or not the cardholder is the driver, and no vehicle is released until the form and its attachments are received and verified. Return it at least 24 hours before delivery or hand it to the delivery driver.
Same-day rentals may be available depending on vehicle and delivery availability. For a same-day request, call or text (786) 981-1177 rather than relying on the online calendar.
For direct bookings: cancel 48+ hours before the start for a 100% refund including the delivery fee; 24–48 hours before, the trip price is refunded minus one average day and 50% of the delivery fee; under 24 hours, no refund. There is a 15-minute grace period after booking for a full refund, and bookings made within 24 hours of the start may be cancelled free within 4 hours of booking or until the start time, whichever comes first. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Turo bookings follow Turo’s cancellation policy.
Unused full days are refunded when the early return is approved at least 24 hours before the original return date and confirmed in writing. Partial days are not refunded.
Contact Amped Auto Rentals as soon as your flight changes so the handoff can be adjusted where possible. Documented flight cancellations are considered case by case under the extenuating-circumstances provision in the Terms & Conditions, with documentation submitted within 48 hours. Yes. The gasoline options are the Nissan Rogue SV at $90/day and the 8-passenger Nissan Pathfinder SV at $115/day.

No. Autopilot is included on Tesla rentals, and Full Self-Driving (Supervised) is an optional $20/day add-on on Model 3 and Model Y bookings. It is not autonomous driving: the driver remains responsible and in control at all times.
Yes. A Safety 1st Grow & Go convertible child safety seat is $10 per day, requested at booking and subject to availability. A cooler is also available at $50 per trip.
Delivery & Self-Pickup
You book, give a delivery address and time, and the vehicle is brought to you with a short orientation and a vehicle condition report. At the end of the rental it is collected from the agreed location. See how rental car delivery works.

Yes. Delivery is available to approved hotels, Airbnbs, homes, condos and offices within the service area, subject to availability and any property access requirements.

Yes. Designated self-pickup meeting points are available at the Wawa at 2700 NW 183rd Street, Miami Gardens, and the Wawa at 106 S State Road 7, Hollywood, selected at booking. Self-pickup avoids the delivery fee on rentals under 7 days. These are third-party meeting points only, not Amped offices, branches or rental counters, and Wawa is not involved in the rental.
A different return location may be arranged at no additional one-way surcharge when both locations are approved, within Amped Auto Rentals’ South Florida service area, and confirmed in advance.
Vehicle pickup and drop-off are generally available from 5:00 AM to 11:30 PM daily, subject to reservation availability and any published holiday-hour adjustments. Reservations can be made online at any hour.
Airports & PortMiami
Yes. Miami International Airport is inside the service area, and the vehicle is staged for an approved garage handoff based on the reservation rather than at a rental counter. See car rental delivery in Miami for how airport handoffs are arranged.
Yes. At Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport the handoff takes place in the Peer-to-Peer area of the Cypress Garage, Level 7. From Terminal 1 you reach the garage by sky bridge with no shuttle; from Terminals 2, 3 and 4 you take the airport shuttle to the Cypress Garage and Rental Car Center. Yes. Delivery and collection can be arranged for PortMiami sailings and disembarkations, subject to the reservation and terminal access requirements. See PortMiami cruise rentals.
Insurance & Protection
Every Amped rental needs qualifying coverage before the vehicle is released. Customers may use qualifying personal auto insurance when the policy includes comprehensive and collision coverage that extends to the Amped rental vehicle and is verified through Canopy Connect before vehicle release. If you do not have qualifying personal auto insurance, Bonzah Standard Protection may be available for an eligible direct booking at $50.13 per day, subject to the provider’s applicable terms, limits, conditions and exclusions.
Verification is completed through Canopy Connect before the vehicle is released. Your declarations page must show comprehensive and collision coverage with active dates covering the rental period, and the named insured must match the renter on the booking. An insurance card alone is not sufficient.
Bonzah Standard Protection is $50.13 per day where available for eligible direct bookings, added at checkout when qualifying personal auto insurance is not provided and verified. Coverage terms, limits and exclusions are set by Bonzah and should be reviewed before purchase.
Turo states that guests do not need their own personal auto insurance to book a Turo trip. Turo trips include applicable third-party liability insurance, and Turo offers protection-plan options that may limit a guest’s financial responsibility for eligible physical damage. EV Charging & Fuel
Tesla rentals can use the Supercharger network across South Florida, plus Level 2 chargers at hotels, garages and shopping centres. Supercharger sessions are billed to Amped by Tesla and reconciled against your security deposit, and some post after the rental ends; other charging you pay directly. The Chevrolet Equinox EV is supplied with an adapter, so it can charge at compatible Tesla stations as well as CCS and J1772 chargers. Charging availability and compatibility vary by vehicle, charger and adapter, so follow the charging instructions provided for your rental.
Gasoline vehicles must be returned at or above the fuel level documented when the vehicle is released to the customer; if returned below it, the customer owes the actual missing fuel plus a $25 Refueling Service Fee. Electric vehicles returned at 75% charge or higher carry no recharge fee; between 20% and 74%, a $35 Recharge Service Fee applies; below 20%, a $60 fee applies instead. These fees are never combined.
Yes. Gasoline vehicles must be returned at the same fuel level documented when the vehicle is released to the customer. Vehicles returned below that level are subject to applicable refueling charges.
Yes. Skip Recharge is $40 per rental, added at booking. It waives the $35 Recharge Service Fee only: the vehicle must still be returned at 20% or higher, a return below 20% remains $60, and Skip Recharge does not pay for charging during the rental.
No. Every handoff includes a short orientation covering charging, range, regenerative braking and Autopilot on Teslas, and support is available by phone and text throughout the rental.
Driver Requirements
The minimum age is 21, and renters must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge, disclosed at booking. Call (786) 981-1177 to confirm before booking.
A valid, unexpired driver’s license held throughout the rental; identity verification through Vouched using your license, date of birth and a live photo; a payment card you are legally authorized to use, with a completed Credit Card Authorization Form; and qualifying coverage verified before release.
International visitors may be eligible to rent from Amped Auto Rentals. A valid driver’s license and passport may be required, and additional documentation may be requested during verification. International customers should contact Amped before booking to confirm that their documents meet the rental requirements: (786) 981-1177.
No. The same rates, the same 300 miles per day and the same security deposit rules apply to every renter, whether you live in South Florida or are visiting.
Only an approved additional driver may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers are $25 and must be approved in writing before the rental starts. Operation by an unapproved driver voids coverage under the rental agreement.
Mileage, Tolls & Driving
Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Unlimited mileage is $25/day on eligible rentals of 14 days or fewer and must be selected at booking; it cannot be added once the rental has started, and it is unavailable for rentals of 15 days or longer. Miles over the daily allowance are charged at the per-mile rate disclosed at booking.
Every vehicle is delivered with a SunPass transponder already fitted, and South Florida expressways are all-electronic. Applicable toll charges are reconciled after the rental through Amped Auto Rentals’ SunPass account. Traffic citations and parking violations remain the renter’s responsibility, with the administrative fee set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Only with our prior written approval, given before the rental begins. Any trip more than 300 miles from your pickup location — inside or outside Florida — must also be disclosed and approved in advance, and may require a higher refundable security deposit. Driving out of state without approval is a material breach and may eliminate protections under the rental agreement. Operation in Mexico is prohibited.
Renters are responsible for tolls, parking citations, traffic violations and related penalties incurred during the rental. Where Amped receives and pays a citation, the citation amount is charged plus a $25 administrative processing fee per citation, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
No. Every vehicle is non-smoking and non-vaping, including cannabis and e-cigarettes. A $400 Smoking/Remediation Fee may apply where smoking, vaping or smoke or vapor contamination is documented. Cleaning beyond normal use is charged $50–$250 by severity.
A vehicle not made available within 1 hour of the scheduled return time is charged a $30 flat late fee, and delays of more than 3 hours are billed as a full additional rental day.
Long-Term & Replacement Rentals
Yes. Rentals of 30 days or more receive a 20% discount on the vehicle rate: $2,040 Equinox EV RS, $2,136 Model 3, $2,160 Rogue SV, $2,280 Model Y and $2,760 Pathfinder SV for 30 days, before the booking fee and applicable taxes. Yes. Amped Auto Rentals offers replacement car rentals for customers who need transportation while their vehicle is being repaired. Whether an insurance company pays for the rental depends on your policy and claim, so confirm rental coverage with your adjuster. Short-term and 30-day rental options are available, subject to vehicle availability.
