What we ask on return
Starting charge level is documented at release, and charging/return expectations are explained before handoff. Direct bookings must be returned at 75% or higher to avoid a recharge fee: a return at 20–74% carries a $35 Recharge Service Fee and below 20% a $60 Low-Battery Recharge Service Fee. Because the Supercharger is on the same forecourt as the Hollywood handover, you can top up where you hand the keys over rather than detouring. Supercharger sessions during your rental are billed through Amped’s Tesla account and reconciled with you after the rental.

Autopilot and Full Self-Driving (Supervised) in South Florida
Autopilot supports driver-assistance features such as adaptive cruise control and lane centering where enabled. FSD (Supervised) is an optional $20/day add-on on eligible Tesla rentals. It is a driver-assistance system, not autonomous driving. The driver must remain attentive and in control at all times. Availability depends on the assigned Tesla, its hardware, software version and configuration.
Adaptive cruise control and lane centering are most useful on divided highways, which is exactly the environment I-95, I-595, the Turnpike and I-75 provide between Fort Lauderdale and the rest of South Florida. On a long, slow-moving stretch of I-95 that assistance is the difference between arriving tired and arriving fine.
Both are driver-assistance systems, not autonomous ones. You stay responsible for the vehicle at all times, hands on the wheel and eyes on the road — Tesla is explicit about this and so are we. A1A, the causeways and the older grid streets around Las Olas are not the places to lean on it.

What is included, and what is added
Every rental has to carry comprehensive and collision cover; which protection line applies to you depends on whether your own policy already does. The main direct-booking cost components are published before checkout: vehicle rate, booking fee, delivery rule, protection requirement, security deposit and optional extras. Final pricing is shown during booking.
Insurance — two ways, and one of them is free
Comprehensive and collision cover is required on every rental and we cannot release a car without it. If your own auto policy carries both and extends to rental vehicles, that satisfies it at no extra cost — we verify through Canopy Connect before delivery, and your declarations page needs to show both coverages active for the full rental period with the named insured matching the renter. An insurance card on its own is not enough.

- Tolls. Every vehicle carries an active SunPass transponder; applicable toll charges are reconciled after the rental through Amped Auto Rentals’ SunPass account. Traffic citations and red-light fines are separate and are handled under the rental terms.
- Mileage. 300 miles a day included. Unlimited mileage is $25/day on eligible rentals of 14 days or fewer and must be selected at booking — it cannot be added once the rental starts.
- One-way returns — free. Finish somewhere other than where you started, at no extra charge, as long as it is inside Florida and within 50 miles of Miami Gardens 33056. Collect in Hollywood and leave the car at FLL, or the reverse.
- Security deposit. A $250 security deposit is collected at the time of booking; any authorized charges under the rental agreement may be deducted from it, and the unused balance is refunded.
- Delivery. Flat $120 covering both legs within the service area, or free on rentals of seven days or more. Self-pickup in Hollywood is free at any length.
- Charging. Supercharger sessions during your rental are billed through Amped’s Tesla account and reconciled with you after the rental.
Who can rent
Minimum age 21, with a valid, unexpired driver’s license. Renters aged 21 to 24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge, disclosed at booking. Identity is verified in advance, and every rental requires a printed, hand-signed credit card authorization form — no vehicle is released until it is received and verified. The payment card must be one you are legally authorized to use. Vehicles must remain within Florida.

You can return the Tesla to a different address from the one it was delivered to at no additional charge, provided it is within the service area and inside Florida. Collect in Hollywood and drop at FLL, take delivery at a Fort Lauderdale hotel and leave the car in Miami Beach — the fee is the same either way. Airport counters generally charge a drop fee for this; we do not.

Driving distance from 106 S State Road 7: Seminole Classic Casino 2.3 miles, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino 2.8 miles, Gulfstream Park 4.7, Aventura Mall 5.6, Hollywood Beach Broadwalk 5.8, FLL Airport 5.8 miles, about ten minutes, Port Everglades 7.9, and downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas 9.0. Florida’s Turnpike is about half a mile west.
Two different “Hard Rock” venues — worth checking which one you mean.
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is at 1 Seminole Way, Hollywood, about 2.8 miles from the meeting point. That is the Guitar Hotel, Hard Rock Live’s 5,500-seat arena, DAER and the 4.5-acre pool.
Hard Rock Stadium is a different place — 347 Don Shula Drive in Miami Gardens, about four miles from here and roughly seven miles from the Seminole property.
