Florida law separately requires liability and personal injury protection coverage. If your own policy carries comprehensive and collision and extends to rentals, it acts as primary coverage and you pay nothing extra; we verify through Canopy Connect before delivery, your declarations page must show both coverages with active dates, and the named insured must match the renter. Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Miles beyond that are billed at the per-mile rate shown at booking. Unlimited mileage is a flat $59 per rental but must be added at booking, and cannot be added once the rental has started. For direct bookings: cancel 48 or more hours before your start time for a full refund including the delivery fee. Between 24 and 48 hours before, the refund is the total minus one average day and 50% of the delivery fee. Under 24 hours, no refund. There is a 15-minute grace period after booking, and bookings made within 24 hours of the start can be cancelled free within 4 hours.
