Yes. The $250 hold is released within 7 days of return in original condition. It is a hold, not a charge — and it is disclosed here rather than discovered at a desk.

🔑 Is leaving keys in the car safe?
Keys are secured inside and access instructions go only to the phone number on the booking, sent shortly before you arrive. Tesla vehicles use phone-key access with no physical key at all.

Delivery and collection can be different addresses, and timings can shift with a call. Because there is no branch with fixed opening hours, we are more flexible than a counter operation, not less.
