Booking direct is generally cheaper than the same vehicle through a marketplace, because marketplaces add trip fees and protection charges on top of the host's rate at checkout. We own and operate the fleet, so the rate you see is the rate you pay, delivery is included on 7+ day rentals, and the deposit is a stated $250 refundable hold. We're also a Turo Power Host, so the same cars and service standard are available either way. One exception: if you don't carry your own comprehensive and collision and you're renting for a month or more, Turo can work out cheaper — protection on longer trips is priced more favourably there than the $50.13/day direct rate.

Yes. Every rental must carry comprehensive and collision coverage — we can't release a vehicle without it. If your own auto policy carries both and extends to rentals, it acts as primary coverage and you pay nothing extra; we verify it through Canopy Connect before delivery, your declarations page must show both coverages with active dates, and the named insured must match the renter. Every rental includes 300 miles per day. Miles beyond that are billed at the per-mile overage rate shown at booking. Unlimited mileage is $59 flat but must be added at booking — it can't be added later. From Fort Lauderdale, Miami is about 30 miles each way, Palm Beach about 45, and Key West and back is roughly 380 miles total, so add unlimited miles if the Keys are on the itinerary. The minimum age is 21. Renters aged 21–24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge — call (786) 981-1177 for the exact amount before booking. You'll need a valid, unexpired driver's license held throughout the rental, and identity is verified before delivery using your license, date of birth and a live photo. For direct bookings: cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund including the delivery fee. 24–48 hours before, refund minus one average day plus 50% of the delivery fee. Under 24 hours, no refund. There's a 15-minute grace period after booking for a full refund, and bookings made within 24 hours of start can be cancelled free within 4 hours.
