Vehicle pickup and drop-off take place at the Wawa located at 2700 Northwest 183rd Street, on the corner of NW 27th Avenue, Miami Gardens, Florida 33056. This location is used strictly as a designated meeting point — it is not an office and not a rental counter, and Wawa staff have no information about your rental. The vehicle is brought to your hotel or address at the time you choose and collected from wherever you finish. Hard Rock Stadium is about 20 miles from South Beach — typically 35–50 minutes, longer on event days. There's no direct train, and rideshare surge after a Dolphins game, concert or major stadium event routinely runs $80–$150 each way, plus a 45-minute queue. Supercharger pricing is set by Tesla, varies by location and time of day, and is billed per kilowatt-hour. Rates change, so check the current price in the Tesla app or on the car's screen before plugging in. On our rentals you cover your own charging — Supercharger sessions are billed to us and invoiced after the rental ends, so there's nothing to pay at the stall. Rather not think about it? Add prepaid EV recharge for $40 and return the car without topping up, leaving at least 30 miles of range.

Yes. The Tesla Model Y Long Range at $95/day and Model 3 at $89/day are premium vehicles with Autopilot, and the the three-row Nissan Pathfinder at $115/day seats 7–8. Every vehicle arrives at your hotel, condo or villa fully charged and detailed — which is the part that actually feels premium here: no counter, no shuttle, no garage walk. We don't rent exotic supercars (Lamborghini, Ferrari), so if that's what you need we'd rather say so now.

Yes. Every rental must carry comprehensive and collision coverage — we can't release a vehicle without it. If your own policy carries both and extends to rentals, it's primary and you pay nothing extra; we verify through Canopy Connect before delivery, your declarations page must show both coverages with active dates, and the named insured must match the renter. Hotel valet or self-parking typically runs $35–$60 per night — check your property's rate before booking a car for your whole stay. Municipal garages on Collins Ave and near Lincoln Road are cheaper. Street parking uses ParkMobile, and residential zones are enforced strictly. Because we deliver and collect, many guests rent only for the days they actually need a car. Direct bookings: cancel 48+ hours before start for a full refund including delivery. 24–48 hours, refund minus one average day plus 50% of the delivery fee. Under 24 hours, no refund.
